Spill Art gratefully presents; DREAD MEETS PUNK ROCKERS! A benefit fundraiser for The Joe Strummer Foundation.

On Thursday, October 13th, 2016 the legendary Notting Hill venue and cultural landmark, 'The Tabernacle' will play host to our 5 hour interactive 'DREAD MEETS PUNK ROCKERS' art, film and music showcase with some of the most loved and iconic artists of the era!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to invite you and yours to join us for a once in a lifetime punky reggae party as we give thanks and lovingly celebrate 40 years of punk and reggae culture with art, music and film.

Featuring the art of £ee $cratch Perry, Shepard Fairey Obey Giant, Ras Daniel Heartman and Spill Art alongside installations, film screening from The Rebel Dread, Don Letts, DJ sets from Don and Mad Professor and a rare live painting session with £ee $cratch Perry and Spill Art aka Jillie Fressinier special trailer of the upcoming Steel Pulse documentary Dreadtown!

We look forward to commemorating the meaningful and powerful culture of punk and reggae that have continuously inspired the world from mainstream music, fashion culture and beyond.

This event will benefit The Joe Strummer Foundation, a not-for-profit music charity, set up by family and close friends a year after Joe's passing. The Joe Strummer Foundation continues to give opportunities to musicians and support projects around the world that create empowerment through music.

Joining us for this high-spirited celebration, Grammy Award winning artists Lee Scratch Perry and Don Letts on the decks alongside producer and DJ Mad Professor and friends and family of the foundation such as Mick Jones (The Clash), DJ Pam Hogg, Hollie Cook, Clash Magazine, Dr. Martens, Steel Pulse Dreadtown Director Yoni Guy and many more special guests!
